Earful Companion – sync and reply to your reviews

Syncs reviews from Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Deliveroo, OpenTable and more into Earful and fills in your replies. You press Submit.

Earful Companion is the browser half of Earful (earful.onibaku.co.uk), the review inbox for hotels, restaurants, shops and app makers. Some review sites don't let anyone read or answer reviews from a server, so the Companion does it from your own browser, on pages you open yourself. Sync reviews into Earful Open the review page, or your owner dashboard, for a business you've added to Earful on a supported review site, or your restaurant partner dashboard (the list is on earful.onibaku.co.uk), and the Companion sends the reviews on it to your Earful inbox. "Open my review pages to sync" in the popup opens them all at once. Pages of businesses you haven't added are ignored. Keep dashboards synced (optional, off by default) Tick "Keep my signed-in dashboards synced" and every 30 minutes the Companion reopens the owner dashboards you've already synced in a minimised window, reads them as on a normal visit, and closes the window. If a dashboard asks you to sign in or shows a check, it stops and waits for you. It never clicks, types or solves anything. Fill in your replies Write or draft a reply in Earful and press "Copy and open reply page". The Companion follows that tab to the site's reply page, finds the review, and types your reply into its reply box. You read it, edit it if you like, and press the site's own submit button. The Companion never presses it for you. Once you have, it marks the review as replied in Earful. What you need • A free Earful account. Pair the Companion from Earful's settings, or paste the token into the popup. • To be signed in to the review site, for owner dashboards and replies. What it doesn't do • It doesn't read any other site, your passwords, or anything else in your browser. • It never submits a reply, review or form on its own. • No advertising, analytics or tracking.
