Windows Dark Theme

Can you fix this theme to support the Windows Dark Theme with Chrome that just came out? Chrome will be black now if you have the Windows Dark Theme turned on so I'd still like the red header that bleeds through the tabs but without forcing the light gray tabs and bookmarks bar (unless you are using the Windows Light Theme).
