Eachspy's data appears on each ad card; click Details to open the side panel. Spend is estimated from the EU reach Meta publishes in the Ad Library at an $18 CPM by default (you can set your own), so ads not shown in the EU have no spend estimate. Eachspy never asks for your Facebook login and its requests to the Ad Library are sent without your Facebook cookies.
