Log In: Securely authenticate using your e-MedScribe account (powered by Azure Entra). 2. Open PCC: Navigate to a resident's chart in PointClickCare. 3. Search Resident: Use the e-MedScribe side panel to search for the resident by their MRN. 4. Scrape Data: With one click, e-MedScribe securely scrapes all relevant clinical data from the resident's chart. 5. Select Template: Choose your desired note type (e.g., "Initial Assessment" or "Follow-up"). 6. Generate Note: Our secure AI backend processes the data and generates a comprehensive, template-based note in seconds. 7. Review & Edit: The new note opens in our built-in editor. All populated data is highlighted. You can review, edit, and copy the final note for pasting into PCC.
