”e-KOBE：神戸市スマート申請システム”の介護保険の住宅改修・福祉用具購入の手続きの案件ごとの進捗を確認しやすくするための拡張機能です。申請システムのマイページで、通常は申請番号のみ表示されるところを、担当者名と申請したファイル名を表示します。 　担当者名と申請したPDFファイル名は、マイページからリンクされた各案件の詳細ページを手動で開いて取得し、社内共有のGoogleドライブ内のスプレッドシートに登録されるます。 　この拡張機能を使ってる社員の誰かが、取得した情報は、全員で共有できるようになっています。
