Overview
e-Gov法令の主要な漢数字をアラビア数字に変換します。また、複雑な枝番号（第○条の○の○）にも対応した条文ジャンプ機能を提供します。
【主な機能】 1. 漢数字をアラビア数字へ変換 主要な漢数字（例：第七百九条）を半角のアラビア数字（第709条）に変換します。 例外として、列記された号番号（一、二、三...）などは漢数字のままにします。 2. スペース区切りの入力で条文へジャンプ キーボードで条番号を入力すると、その条文にジャンプします。枝番号はスペースで区切って表現できます。例えば「231 2 3」と入力すると、「第231条の2の3」にジャンプします。
