Sync allowlisted IXL and Khan Academy learning progress fields into Dylumio. Never reads passwords, cookies, or credentials.

Dylumio Learning Sync helps families connect learning progress from IXL and Khan Academy to Dylumio. When a parent or student is already viewing a supported IXL or Khan Academy report page, the extension can sync allowlisted learning-progress fields into the family’s Dylumio account. Dylumio uses those signals to help personalize learning recommendations for the selected child. The extension has one narrow purpose: syncing allowlisted IXL and Khan Academy learning-progress fields into Dylumio. It only sends data to https://dylumio.com. It does not collect IXL or Khan Academy passwords, cookies, platform credentials, or session tokens. It does not track general browsing history, read unrelated websites, sell data, or share data for advertising. Supported sync data may include fields such as skill title, subject, strand, score, mastery level, progress state, report type, and course title where necessary. Unsupported table columns are discarded before data is sent. The extension uses Chrome storage only to save the selected Dylumio child profile ID, short-lived Dylumio sync token, auto-sync setting, last sync result, last auto-sync timestamp, and a capped retry queue. This keeps the extension connected between browser sessions and lets users retry failed syncs without reconnecting each time. Manual syncs show a review prompt before import. Weekly auto-sync only runs when the user is actively visiting a supported report page, auto-sync is enabled, and visible allowlisted learning-progress fields are present. The alarms permission is used only to retry sync payloads that were already captured from a supported report page after a failed Dylumio sync. It does not open pages, browse in the background, or collect new report data. Host permissions are limited to Dylumio setup/sync pages and known IXL/Khan Academy report paths. They allow the extension to run on supported report pages the user is already authorized to view, extract only allowlisted learning-progress fields, and send them to https://dylumio.com. The extension does not use remote code. All extension JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and assets are packaged inside the uploaded extension ZIP. Network requests are used only to send allowlisted sync payloads to https://dylumio.com; no remotely hosted scripts are loaded or executed. Users can disable auto-sync, delete pending sync data, disconnect the extension locally, and delete imported IXL or Khan Academy connector data from Dylumio.
