Beware! Since mid Jan 2025 the tool became useless (at least in case you use Sales Navigator). The plugin cannot recognize responses from your contacts or if an invitation was accepted, so all of your ongoing campaigns are crashed! Dux support admitted the problem and they said it was due to an update on linkedIn side. They have been promising the fix, however until now(Feb 12) it has not been published. Hi, thanks for your feedback. As you might not know LinkedIn rolls out changes to small sets of users before rolling them out to a larger audience, especially major updates like the connections page is getting at this point in time. At this moment they have rolled back the update, so we will wait with releasing the extension update until the time LinkedIn decides to release their update. As the LinkedIn update has been rolled back, all Dux-Soup functions are currently working as expected. Thanks for your patience. Team DS

I love this service! I am a solopreneur and I am really after efficiency. This service has helped me reach more people and find new clients! weird bug going on. After each page of added connection it will press back and you will be back onto main page of linkedin and have to start from 1st page of searched connection. using chrome win 11.
Hi, The issue you're describing was caused by a LinkedIn update. We have issued a fixed a few weeks ago, so I suggest you try it out. Thanks Team DS

Not worth it. I've spent $60 on it, Now it's there are always lagging issues, not consistent. The worst thing is the support team, they are not there to help when you need it most.

I've used the PRO version of Dux Soup for 5 or 6 years and it regularly helps me find new prospects to engage with, but I'm really writing this review to acknowledge the help of the customer support service team. They always respond promptly and seek to help wherever they can, I really can't fault their support. 1st Class, thanks team.

I recently switched to the Turbo plan for my outreach, and it’s been a game-changer! The enhanced features have significantly boosted my efficiency. Additionally, the customer service team deserves a special mention. They are incredibly responsive and have promptly resolved any issues or queries I had. Highly recommend it!
