Detects when you open a duplicate tab and shows a notification

If you're like me, and you open multiple tabs in the background for the same site and the exact same page, then this is the extension for you. Every time a page is navigated to, this extension will detect whether you have the site open elsewhere and present you with a pop up, allowing you to navigate directly to the tab, and close the one you just opened.
