Overview

Two subtitle languages at once on Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video and Apple TV+, picked from the player's subtitles button

Shows two subtitle languages at once, for example Chinese on the top line and English below. Handy for learning a language from the shows you watch, or for watching with family who speak something else. ■ Supported sites • Netflix • Disney+ • HBO Max • Prime Video • Apple TV+ ■ In the player • The player's own subtitles button opens the DuoCue menu, which looks like that site's own menu • Only the languages the title actually has are listed • On Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max and Prime Video, the same menu also switches the audio track ■ In the side panel Click the DuoCue icon in the toolbar to open the browser's side panel. There you can set: • The primary and secondary subtitle language • Color and font size (12 to 80 px) • Background opacity, shadow, and distance from the bottom of the picture The panel can stay open while you watch; changes show right away. ■ Also • Works in full screen • Turn DuoCue off and the site's own subtitles and menus are back as they were • No data collection: settings stay in your browser ■ How to use 1. Play something on a supported site 2. Click the player's subtitles button and pick a primary and a secondary language 3. To change how the subtitles look, click the DuoCue icon in the toolbar ■ Suggestions welcome Is the site you watch on missing, or a feature you'd like? Email us at the developer address on this page. Requires a subscription to the streaming service. DuoCue is not affiliated with Netflix, Disney, HBO Max, Amazon or Apple.
