Dubnative dubs YouTube videos into your language while you watch. Google Cloud TTS: The default online voices on Pro. Try them free for 10 minutes, and play a sample of any voice before you choose. It reads the captions the video already has, translates them with the surrounding sentences as context, and reads each sentence aloud in a natural voice as the speaker says it. The original audio is turned down in the background, so you still hear the room.
