Or stack both at the bottom. • Tune the look: text size, separate colours for the original and the translation, backdrop opacity, and how far the lines sit from the bottom — so they never clash with the player controls. • Your languages, layout, text size and colours are remembered. The next video opens the way you left it. • Leaves YouTube's own captions alone. No doubled lines. • No account, no API key, no setup beyond picking a language. HOW IT WORKS Subtitles are read from the YouTube page you are already watching, and translated by YouTube itself. Nothing is sent anywhere. There is no server, no analytics and no account — your settings live only in your browser. GOOD TO KNOW • A video needs subtitles for this to work. If it has none, the extension says so instead of failing silently. • Translation quality comes from YouTube, not from this extension. Auto-generated captions translate less accurately than captions written by the uploader. • Works on youtube.com watch pages. • Interface available in English, 한국어, 中文 (简体 / 繁體), Português, Español, Türkçe, Tiếng Việt, 日本語, Français and العربية.
