Automatically collect Amazon operational source data into your DSP Performance Hub workspace.

Connect authorized Amazon DSP operational data to your DSP Performance Hub workspace for route performance and working-hours dashboards. DAILY ROUTES Collect current-day route summaries, itinerary summaries and available itinerary details for your configured Amazon station. WORKING HOURS Collect company-wide working-hours compliance data in calendar weeks covering the last 14 station dates. Dashboard views display the rolling 14-day window. CUSTOMIZABLE REFRESH Choose a separate automatic refresh interval for each job, from 1 minute to 24 hours. Both default to 15 minutes. View collection status, last saved times, manual sync controls and links to your Routes and Hours dashboards. Chrome sleep, network conditions and collection duration may delay refreshes. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS An authorized DSP Performance Hub account, configured organization and station, and signed-in Amazon Logistics session are required. Working-hours collection also requires your workspace’s Amazon company ID and timezone. Keep a signed-in Amazon Logistics tab available. The Working Hours page itself does not need to be open. Sign into DSP Performance Hub in the same Chrome profile; its tab can then be closed while the session remains valid. DATA SHARING Before collection begins, review the disclosure, choose your collection jobs and authorize the destination workspace. Collected API responses may include driver names and identifiers, working hours, break activity, route and stop details, delivery addresses and location information. Amazon session and signing keys remain within the Amazon page. The extension does not store Amazon passwords. Requests to your Hub use its existing browser-managed session. DATA RETENTION The default Hub retains route records within a rolling 60-day window. Working hours preserve the latest complete snapshot. Raw calendar-week responses may include dates outside the dashboard’s 14-day window. Incomplete working-hours refreshes do not replace the latest complete snapshot. Saved coverage is not independently verified against all Amazon data. Built for authorized DSP operations. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
