LOVE this tool! Sometimes not all items show ranks, depends on what I am searching but the majority do, enough for anyone doing research. This tool has helped me significantly and I'm very appreciative of it! For those complaining, have you checked the FAQs? Did you send an email with your concerns? So many are quick to complain when they run into a problem without reading the help section or contacting the site for assistance. I see this on so many sites, quite upsetting.
