DropSearch は、Webページ上で選択したテキストを、ドラッグ＆ドロップや右クリックメニューから任意の検索先へ送れる Chrome 拡張機能です。 文字を選択してドラッグすると、DropSearch のパネルが表示されます。検索先にドロップすると、設定したURLルールに基づいて検索ページや調査ページを開きます。日常的なWeb検索、ニュース検索、辞書検索、地図検索、買い物検索、動画検索、株式調査、社内ツール、ローカルWebアプリなど、さまざまなURLテンプレートを登録できます。 主な機能: - 選択テキストをドラッグ＆ドロップで検索先へ送信 - 右クリックメニューから選択テキストを検索 - 検索先をリストやグループで整理 - パネル位置を「左」「右」「マウス横」から選択 - 検索結果を新規アクティブタブ、新規非アクティブタブ、現在のタブで開く設定 - Options画面で検索リスト、検索先、URLルール、置換用キーワードを編集 - 設定のJSON Import / Export - 日本語 / 英語の Options・Help 画面 初回設定では、普段使い向けの検索リストをメインにしています。その他の用途向けの検索リストも同梱しており、ユーザーは自由に編集、削除、追加できます。 DropSearch は、選択テキストを開発者、分析サービス、広告ネットワーク、または開発者が管理するサーバーへ送信しません。選択テキストの履歴も保存しません。ただし、ユーザーが検索先を選んだ場合、選択テキストは生成されたURLの一部として、その検索先サイトへ送信される場合があります。
