I disputed via bank still money was not refunded. reached out via fb messeneger still no outcome. While this is happening I opened another account using different email. it worked for few days and now does not let me login. Money is taken today.

Very bad staff who don't take the problem seriously. And always every time the program is activated immediately after 8 hours have passed, the program is closed so that it becomes unemployed. And he asks you to reactivate the program again, and he asks you to pay again, and thus the theft is done to the fullest. The software is never trustworthy.
