Keyboard(s) disconnected from drivers, and my printer scans, but won't do anything with it

I got a WIRELESS Bluetooth mini keyboard and it kept disconnecting. I was able to reconnect easily enough but finally stopped working altogether , with a popup that said problem with the driver. So then I tried using my ORIGINALkeyboard that came with my HP ALL IN ONE. It worked for a day but then stopped. I've been using the hunt and pec in the PC for months. As for the scanner, I hear the scan working, but can't see the result. (HP printer)

BAD PROGRAM

PROGRAM NOT WORKING LOG IN ANF WILL NOT UPDATE DRIVERS JUST SAYS INACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION PAID FOT LAS 6 MONTHS AND WILL NOT WRK

I don't want it and didn't ask for it. I would like a refund of some of these fees.

I would like to cancel my subscription. I didn't realize that I was being charged for this service. Is there any way to get a refund for some of these fees?
