when i tried to open my email on power point, it didn't open! i hate this messed up app!

Can't use it, not without GSuite and DriveDirect, and the app description doesn't immediately make that clear. When translated, the app description reads: "Open Office file on Google Drive from Windows office application. A contract with GSuite and DriveDirect is required. Launch Google Drive file with Windows Office application (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint). The use of this extension requires a contract with Computer System Inc., GSuite and Drive Direct."
