Overview
A secure inbox and customer search for your DripTell workspace.
DripTell Companion brings your DripTell inbox into a Chrome side panel, so you can work with customer conversations while browsing. With an authorized DripTell workspace, you can: - View conversations and their message history. - Search for contacts by name or phone number. - Filter the inbox by unread conversations or connected WhatsApp number. - Send text replies when your workspace permissions and messaging rules allow. - Select a phone number on a webpage and use the right-click menu to find it in DripTell. To get started, sign in to DripTell and approve the connection to your workspace. The conversations and actions available depend on your workspace permissions and connected services.
