Your browser's health expert β€” now smarter, faster, and more in control. πŸ”’ PRIVACY FIRST: Dr.Browser reads tab information ONLY to detect duplicates and manage tabs. We do not track, store, or transmit your browsing history. All data stays on your device. ⚑ Chrome shows a "Read browsing history" warning for ALL tab management extensions. We don't have servers to send it to. ❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Why does Chrome show "Read your browsing history"? A: Chrome displays this warning for any extension using the "tabs" permission. It is required to see which tabs are open so we can find duplicates. We do not track or store your browsing history. Q: What data do you collect? A: None. Dr.Browser does not collect, transmit, or log any data. Everything stays on your device. Q: Can you see what websites I visit? A: Dr.Browser reads tab URLs only at the moment you open the popup or when the background alarm runs. We never log or store this information. Q: Will auto-suspend lose my work? A: No. Chrome's native tab discard preserves the tab in your browser β€” clicking it reloads the page. It is equivalent to the browser's built-in memory saving feature. Q: What is the default suspend time? A: 10 minutes of inactivity. You can change this to any value between 1 and 480 minutes in Settings.
