I've tried a number of CRM solutions and either the user is so encumbered by a feature-set that is well beyond the needs of anyone but the most advanced sales teams, or the costs are exorbitant and not worth the price of entry. DragApp balances the two perfectly, with seamless Gmail integration and a straightforward kanban solution to visually see opportunities working their way through the pipeline.

Poor support that won't fully answer my questions or provide a solution. I was hoping this could be an alternative to Streak now that they have removed their Solo plan but I wouldn't recommend switching. Currently looking for a new solutions

We needed something inexpensive to manage pipelines and gave Drag as well as some other companies a try. After completing the free trial we have decided to go with Drag due to pricing as well as the ability to do everything from the Gmail tab, and not need a separate program.

We needed an app for automating email follow ups and found Drag for it's "Sequences" function amongst other competitors offering similar options. We went with Drag mostly due to cost, but I hate to say you get what you pay for. Besides the fact that the design is not super user-friendly and a bit buggy, after a few months of using Drag we realized that the sequences were not sending follow-up emails in some cases and this resulted in potentially thousands of follow up emails not being sent to...
