Icon Unclickable

Hi,

The icon is unclickable - it's just grey all the time.
When clicked, nothing happens.

Zoho Desk Chrome Extention

I added this extension from the Chrome Web Store so that I could create new tickets while I am in Gmail. However, even though the Extension is enabled, it is greyed out and does not do anything.l
