Quick Notes
Overview
A little yellow sticky note that remembers what you write.
Quick Notes is a little yellow sticky note in your browser toolbar. Capture ideas, keep a short list, or jot down reminders without opening a separate notes app. • Open the popup and start writing. • Every edit saves locally. • Reopen the popup to continue your note. • Choose Local or Sync using the switch. • See save and sync status at a glance. Sync is enabled by default. With Chrome Sync configured, your note can synchronize across your Chrome installations. Switch to Local before typing if you want new edits to stay on this device. Switching from Local to Sync replaces the synced note with your local note. Turning Sync off does not delete previously synced content. Background synchronization may take 30 seconds or longer. Concurrent edits do not merge. Notes exceeding Chrome Sync's approximately 8 KB per-item limit remain saved locally with a sync error. No ads, analytics, browsing-history access, or separate extension account. The developer does not receive your notes through the extension. In Sync mode, note text is handled by Chrome Sync.
