Instagram gives you no button to save a photo or a video. A screenshot loses quality, videos lose their sound, and stories are gone after 24 hours. Tuxedo downloads what you are looking at on Instagram into a folder you choose yourself. A single post or an entire profile, at the quality Instagram itself serves. No login needed. You do not create an account, nothing is sent to a server, and there are no ads. Every file after that goes straight into it. • Sorted by account and feed. Posts go to <account>/posts, Reels to <account>/reels, and highlights into <account>/highlights/<title> by their own titles. • If you would rather keep everything in one place, switch Gen-Folder off in the options. All files are then downloaded straight into the folder you chose. • Filename rules are yours to set. Combine username, date, shortcode and index in any order. Rules you use often can be saved and picked again. ⬇️ Download from anywhere on Instagram • Posts and Reels — a download button appears next to the Save icon. • Straight from the grid — hover a photo on a profile and a button appears. One click downloads it without opening the post. • Profile pictures — Instagram will not show them large, but you can download them at full size. • Stories — including accounts you do not follow. • Highlights — sorted into folders by title, with their cover pictures downloaded too. • Saved posts — by collection, or all of them at once. • A whole profile — profile picture, posts, Reels, tagged, highlights and current stories in one run. ✅ Pick exactly what you want • Press Start Select and a checkbox appears on every post on screen. Tick the ones you want and download them together. • Keep picking as you move between the Posts, Reels and Tagged tabs. Each file is downloaded into the folder for the tab you picked it from, so you will not wonder later where it came from. • Everything you have scrolled into the page can be selected with one button. • On a post with several photos, you can download just the one you are looking at. ⚙️ Control how it downloads • Photos only, videos only, or both. • Everything, the most recent N posts, the last N days, or a date range you set. • Convert to jpg · png · webp, or keep the original format. • Skip Downloaded — files you already downloaded are skipped. Run the same profile again and nothing piles up twice. • Download Thumbnail — the video's thumbnail image is downloaded alongside it. • Save Caption — the caption, its link, the date posted and the place are saved as a .txt file. Useful later when you want to find the original post. 📊 You can watch it happen • One tile per file, ticked as each one downloads. You always know how many are left. • A post with several photos gets a tile for each one, so if part of it fails you see exactly what is missing. • Click a downloaded thumbnail and the file opens right there. No digging through folders. • Stop whenever you like.
