Nexus sites will better suit Mod Organizer users by replacing references to Vortex with references to MO.

Files on the Nexus sites will display "Download with Mod Organizer" instead of "Download with Manager". A small change for the obsessive modder! v3.1 supports the most recent redesign of the Nexus website.
