Download Statusbar

really not the same as the original chrome functionality. Only works on 1 tab and for some reasons shows my completed/deleted downloads? I just want my current downloads visible at all times without opening a menu.

The DL bar works great. I really hated the Bubblebar, drives me crazy. Thanks for creating this addon. However, could you please add a "clear" button so I can click on it to clear the downloads. I hope what I am saying make sense.

Bug with file names. After adding each file a tile with file name 'Unknown' is created. Only if you close download bar and then open it again you can see the names of downloaded files.

This plugin brings Chrome, which was sent back to the Stone Age by DownloadBubble, closer to the modern age.

Suggestion: As many of us coming here are looking for a replacement for the new download bubble, a really good addon would be to remember the cleared files on the bar. Right now, if you clear the files, when you download a new one, all the cleared ones are brought back. Some way to control this would be great as it would behave like the old download bar from chrome.

As much as I love having a download bar at the bottom (FU google for removing it!), then this extension is not one I can recommend. The amount of issues this extension has in terms of cpu and memory usage is astronomical. Chrome in itself, use (with my amount of extensions and other things I've done to the browser) roughly 700MB-1.2GB of ram.
