Streamline your reporting workflow in Aspen Unified with the "Primal Reports Downloader" extension. This tool adds a powerful "Download Primal Reports" button to the Report Download page, allowing you to effortlessly fetch and bundle PrimalDual reports for selected cases into a single ZIP file, all from your browser. Seamlessly integrated into your Aspen Unified environment, the extension maintains a consistent UI and operates without interrupting your existing processes, making it easy to export detailed reports for analysis or archiving. Features: Adds a “Download Primal Reports” button to the Case Management Report Download panel. Automatically downloads PrimalDual reports in Excel format for all selected cases. Bundles reports into a structured ZIP file with organized naming (e.g., padded case numbers for easy sorting). Handles multiple cases efficiently. Activates automatically on the relevant Aspen Unified Report Download page. How It Works: Navigate to the Report Download section in your Aspen Unified workspace as usual. Select your cases, and the new “Download Primal Reports” button will appear. Click it to initiate the download process—it fetches the reports via secure API calls, zips them (e.g., as "PrimalDualXXXXXX.xlsx" files), and prompts a direct download of the ZIP archive. The button updates to "Wait for Download..." during processing for clear feedback. Security & Privacy: All operations are performed securely through your Aspen Unified server APIs. No data is transmitted outside your organization.
