Limited Downloads

The extension shows all files as clicked to download. However, Chrome is only limiting ten downloads. How can this be corrected? I think this is a recent issue.

Only opens one file, no download

Windows 7 Pro SP1 using most recent Chrome Version 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit). Logged into a portal and its web page has list of 50 pdf files. I selected them all. DownloadMaster only opens one of them in the same tab that the web page was in. No download. In setup, I gave it access to URLs on pages, still doesn't work.
