For configuring which file extensions you would like to block, create the keys if you don't have them in "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome\3rdparty\extensions\kippogcnigegkjidkpfpaeimabcoboak\policy" and use a String named "Config" to tweak its JSON configuration settings.
