Doubtsift
Overview
Sifts a flooded Zoom chat into grouped, de-duplicated questions with the names of everyone who asked.
Free during early access. Hosting a busy webinar on Zoom? Doubtsift sifts hundreds of chat messages into a short list of real questions, so you never miss a doubt. How it works • Open your meeting in the Zoom web client and click the Doubtsift icon. • Pick where to start reading: a time like 2:00 PM, or the last 5, 15 or 30 minutes. • Questions that mean the same thing are merged into one, with a count and the names of everyone who asked. • Unclear messages are shown word for word so nothing is guessed. • Greetings, thanks and spam are folded away. Built for live sessions • The summary sits right inside Zoom's chat panel; one toggle switches back to the original chat. • New messages show a live "new" counter; Update only reads what has not been read yet. • Click any question to see the full text and each person's exact message. • Pin a person's video in Zoom straight from their question. • Mark questions as answered as you go. • Resize the panel to fit your screen. Private by design • Bring your own OpenAI API key. It is encrypted with your passcode and stored only in your browser. • Repeated messages are merged on your machine before anything is sent, which keeps AI usage low. • Names are never sent to the AI. • No accounts, no servers, no tracking. Works with the Zoom web client in Chrome (zoom.us/wc/...). The Zoom desktop app is not supported.
