Connects Salesforce to DoubleTick: open a contact's WhatsApp chat and files from any Salesforce record in one click.

Connect Salesforce to DoubleTick and chat with your clients on WhatsApp without leaving Salesforce. DoubleTick Connector for Salesforce adds a "WhatsApp Chat" button to the action bar of any Salesforce Lightning record that has a Phone number. One click opens your DoubleTick conversation with that contact in a panel on the same page, so you can read the history, reply and see customer details while you work on the record. FEATURES • WhatsApp Chat button on Contact, Lead, Account and other records with a Phone field • DoubleTick chat opens in a resizable panel that you can minimize or close • Detects 10-digit numbers and asks whether to use +1 (US/Canada) or +91 (India) • Shows customer details next to the conversation • Works with multiple Salesforce console tabs and picks the record you're looking at REQUIREMENTS • Salesforce Lightning Experience • A DoubleTick account with an API key and a connected WhatsApp Business number SETUP 1. Install the extension. The settings page opens automatically. 2. Paste your DoubleTick API key and your WhatsApp business number (with country code). 3. Open a record in Salesforce and click "WhatsApp Chat". PRIVACY Your API key is stored only in your browser. The record's phone number is sent only to DoubleTick, and only when you click the button.
