dot - Deep Focus Primer

)Overview
dot is your sixty second gateway to deep focus and elite performance
How it works: A 60-second visual concentration exercise using a dot visualization. Open the extension, choose Focus or Read, and spend sixty silent seconds staring at the dot or tracking it. When you’re primed, start a timed focus block (25 / 45 / 60 minutes) that stays with you in a floating widget, or get up and go do something physical. That one minute of intentional visual focus creates the neurological conditions for deep work, moving your brain into focus mode fast and building your focus muscles up over time. Simple, but not easy. Built For: Anyone who needs to quickly lock in their focus so they can perform at an elite level. The Science: Focus is anchored to your visual system. By training your eyes to hold a single point, you train your mind to hold a single thought. When you lock your eyes on a single point, you activate specific neurons in your brain stem that control attention. Your visual world shrinks, like looking through a soda straw, and your mind follows. This is how focus actually works. Privacy First: We collect nothing. Optional anonymous analytics (disabled by default) only count sessions to improve the experience. Your focus training stays yours. The Protocol: Alertness is the only prerequisite. Bring your attention to the dot. Hold it there. When your mind wanders, your eyes will too. Gently bring them back to the dot. This isn't meditation. It's activation. One minute is all you need. Visual focus creates mental focus. It's that simple, and that powerful.
