DoppiNow turns focus into a small, friendly game. Write one goal, pick a length, and every focused minute earns XP. When your attention wanders, DoppiNow doesn't block anything or scold you. Cancel any time. ↩ THE COMEBACK RING The core idea. A distraction takes a few minutes; win them back with focus and your Comeback ring closes. Drifting is normal. Coming back is the skill DoppiNow trains, and coming back within 2 minutes of a reminder pays +25 XP, for your first 8 comebacks each session. HOW A SESSION WORKS • Write your goal in one sentence ("Calculus: integration by parts practice") and pick 10, 25, 50 or 90 minutes, or open-ended. • Work as usual. DoppiNow checks whether the tab you open relates to your goal. A lecture video for your course counts as work; an endless short-video feed doesn't. • Open one of your usual detours (a short-video feed, or a site you listed as "Distracts me") and a 5-second breathing pause comes first: "Not now — back to my goal" takes you back to your work and earns a little XP, "Continue anyway" opens the page once the breath is over. Change its length or turn it off in Settings. • Drift away and, after a short grace period, a small card appears in the corner: where you were, how long you've been away, and one button back to where you left off. The page ripples gently for a few seconds with each reminder, a little stronger each time (longer or off in Settings). • Finish and see your recap: XP, your level and your Comeback ring. "Ring closed!" THE GAME • XP for every focused minute, and a combo that grows up to x5 while you stay on track. It melts slowly when you drift, never all at once. • A checkpoint every 5 focused minutes; some hide a reward box to open. • Levels and ranks, daily quests, 12 badges and a daily streak with streak savers. Rest days and vacations never break it. THREE WORLDS Pick the one that feels like you: Business, Space & Engineering or Art Studio. Same rules, different ranks, badges and scenes. Switch any time; your progress stays. SMALL HELPERS • Break it down: turn a big goal into tiny steps and tick them off. • Park it: save a stray thought or tab for later and get straight back to work. When the session ends, DoppiNow shows you what you parked. • Ready to start something? A gentle nudge a few times a day (3 to 5, between 9:00 and 21:00), only while you're using Chrome and no session is running. One click starts your last goal again. It never shows your goal; "Not today" pauses it until tomorrow, and Settings turns it off. • A soft wrap-up signal near the end of a session, and a 5-minute break button. • Keyboard shortcuts (Alt+Shift+D opens DoppiNow, Alt+Shift+S starts your last goal again, Alt+Shift+P parks the tab you're on), a quick start from the address bar ("dn 25 write intro"), and a start box on your home page at doppinow.com. NOTHING GETS BLOCKED DoppiNow never closes a tab on its own and never locks you out of a site: the pause before a detour is a few seconds you can always continue past. Designed with ADHD in mind: instant, visible rewards instead of a far-off goal, and a reward for coming back instead of a penalty for drifting. ACCOUNT, FREE TRIAL AND PLANS • DoppiNow needs an account. Click the DoppiNow icon (or use the welcome tab that opens after you add it) and sign in with Google on doppinow.com; the extension links itself. Your account keeps your progress safe and powers your home page at doppinow.com: your dashboard, settings, Later list and task splitter. DoppiNow gets only your name, email address and profile picture, and there's no password to make. • Every account gets 7 days free, with every feature and no card. After that, DoppiNow needs a plan: $3.99/month or $29.99/year (DoppiNow Monthly or DoppiNow Yearly, the same features in both). Without one, new sessions pause; your XP, streak, history, settings and dashboard stay. • Plans are sold on doppinow.com, never in the extension: Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, takes the payment and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. YOUR PRIVACY, IN SHORT • The extension keeps its data in your browser: your game, your settings and your recent sessions. When you sign in, your DoppiNow account also keeps a summary of each finished session (times, minutes, XP and the goal, which you can leave out in Settings), your game progress, your settings and your Later list, so your home page can show them. Linking a browser adds its last 30 sessions. • Page checks are your choice, asked once in each browser. Only if you allow them, and only during a focus session, the extension sends your goal and a few details of the tab you're on (address without its query, title, main heading, search terms, channel or short description) to DoppiNow's server, which asks an outside AI service whether the page fits your goal. DoppiNow's server doesn't keep them; the AI service may keep them as long as it needs to run, secure and measure its service (its terms set no fixed period), and doesn't train on them. Mail, chat and health sites, and pages on your own network, are always checked on your device. Turn page checks off any time in the popup or in Settings. • Some things are read on your device only and never sent: the kind of page a site says it is, its language, a video's category and whether you're typing (never what you type). • No ads, and we never sell your data.
