Privacy-first exact duplicate-tab cleanup with GitHub pull-request review protection.

DoppelTab scans every browser window in your current Chrome profile, finds tabs whose complete web addresses are identical, and lets you close the redundant copies in one reviewed action. Its toolbar badge shows how many duplicate tabs were found. Exact means exact: query strings and fragments are preserved, so tabs that represent different views or filters stay open. DoppelTab keeps the active or most recently used copy, protects pinned and audible tabs by default, and includes special protection for GitHub pull-request Files changed pages where an unsent review can exist without changing the web address. DoppelTab is private by design. It processes currently open tab addresses only on your device. It does not read page content, inject scripts, access cookies, use analytics, contact a server, sell data, or share data. An optional undo feature temporarily stores only the closed tab addresses in browser session storage and can reopen those tabs; it cannot restore in-page state.
