Calculates affordability and colour codes listings on Rightmove and Zoopla.

Quickly find properties that fit your budget with colour-coded affordability ratings! Works seamlessly for sale and rent listings on Rightmove. Features: - For Sale Listings: Automatically calculates and displays estimated monthly mortgage payments and affordability ratings. - For Rent Listings: Also displays additional income needed for out of range properties. - Custom Filters: Easily display or hide listings by affordability category. How It Works: Input your salary, deposit, interest rate and repayment term, and let the extension do the rest. For joint applicants, simply fill in the "Applicant 2" fields. Affordability Ratings explained: - Affordable: 70-100% (Monthly payment = 0-30% of post-tax salary) - Feasible: 65-69% (Monthly payment = 31-35%) - Longshot: 50-64% (Monthly payment = 36-50%) - Unaffordable: 0-49% (Monthly payment = 51%+) This extension does not collect personal data and includes open-source code by Josh Embling, licensed under the MIT License.
