Overview

The more you scroll, the more the site falls apart. Then it takes over and reminds you what actually matters.

Site blockers are easy to switch off. DoomBreak takes a different road: it lets you scroll, and makes the page worse the further you go. Cracks show up. Posts tilt. Fire climbs from the bottom of the screen, or cats walk across your feed, or a demolition crew starts taking the page apart with hammers and a wrecking ball. When you hit your limit, the screen locks with one line that sends you back to your day, and the site stays closed for 2 hours. HOW IT WORKS • Depth meter: 1 meter = 1 screen scrolled. By default the damage starts at 5 m and the page locks at 35 m. You can change both. • Video sites count time instead: the limit is minutes watched (30 by default), shown as a small countdown. • The page stays usable until the last meter. The takeover only happens at the end. • "Just a bit more" works once. After that the site stays locked until the timer runs out. • Stop scrolling for a while and the depth slowly goes back up. WHERE IT WORKS On the major social feeds and video sites, in the desktop browser. You pick which ones in the settings. FREE • 3 themes • 3 active sites at a time • Adjustable limits, depth meter and countdown • 9 languages DOOMBREAK PRO (one-time purchase, no subscription) • 13 more themes, 16 in total • All sites at once, plus any site you add • A different theme and limit for each site • Strict mode, daily limits, schedules • Choose how long a site stays locked • Your own quotes, or pick from a bank of 30+ • History for 7, 30 and 90 days, and your streak PRIVACY No account, no analytics, no ads. It does not affect phone apps.
