DOM Clipper is a Chrome extension that extracts text from web pages using CSS selectors and allows users to download the extracted content as a text file. The extension uses Manifest V3 and consists of a popup interface for user interaction, a background service worker for file downloads, and content script injection for DOM manipulation.
