Stop Smooth Scrolling

I had to remove this extension. It worked fine on one website, but then it stopped map zoom function all maps using mouse scroll. It also disabled the space key to toggle play and pause on YouTube videos.

Wanted to love it but It broke my google sheets up/down arrows and trackpad function. Even when adding https://docs.google.com/ to the whitelist...
