IntelliScribe AI turns your voice into clean text — privately, for free, right inside Chrome. DICTATE ANYWHERE Press Ctrl+Shift+Space (Cmd+Shift+Space on Mac) in any text field, talk, press it again. A small bar shows live text while you speak and inserts the finished sentence at your cursor. Works in email, docs, forms, chat, code editors — anywhere you can type. TRANSCRIBED ON YOUR DEVICE Speech recognition runs locally with OpenAI's Whisper model (WebGPU or WebAssembly). Your audio never leaves your computer by default. The small model (~100 MB) downloads once and works fully offline afterwards. FREE, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED No subscription, no usage caps, no sign-up. Sign in with Google only if you want your history synced. HYBRID CLOUD FOR LONG AUDIO (OPTIONAL) Recording something long, or on a slow laptop? Add your own free Groq API key (or a Google Gemini key) and IntelliScribe routes clips above your chosen length to the cloud automatically — using your key, on your terms. AI THAT WORKS ON THE RESULT Clean up fillers and stutters instantly (offline rules), or with a key: deep clean, condensed summary in your own voice, exhaustive key points, and a chat that can rewrite the transcript and apply the change.
