Whether you’re tackling work projects, personal goals, or other to-dos, DoItNow provides a clean, intuitive interface to keep you focused and motivated. No account or login required—just install and start organizing! Key Features Add Tasks with Ease: Type your task (e.g., 'Finish report'), select a category (Work, Personal, or Other), and click 'Add' or press Enter to add it to your list. Categorize Your Tasks: Organize tasks into Work, Personal, or Other categories, with color-coded tags for quick recognition (Work: blue, Personal: orange, Other: gray). Filter by Category: Use the 'Filter by Category' dropdown to focus on specific tasks (e.g., show only Work tasks). The filter appears once you add your first task. Sort Tasks Alphabetically: Sort tasks in ascending (A-Z) or descending (Z-A) order with the 'Sort A-Z'/'Sort Z-A' button to keep your list organized. Mark Tasks as Important: Highlight priority tasks by clicking the star icon (☆) next to them—it turns gold (★) to stand out. Track Your Progress: A progress bar updates as you mark tasks complete, showing your completion percentage (e.g., 2/3 tasks done = 66%). Maintain a Streak: Build a daily streak by completing tasks—your streak increments each day you complete at least one task. Share Your Success: Share your streak on X with the 'Share on X' button, which opens a pre-filled tweet (e.g., 'Crushing it with a 5-day streak on DoItNow! #DoItNow'). Edit and Delete Tasks: Edit tasks with the 'Edit' button (update via a prompt) or delete them with the '✕' button. Mark All Complete: Quickly mark all tasks in the current filter as complete with the 'Mark All Complete' button. Clear All Tasks: Remove all tasks with the 'Clear All' button (with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental deletion). Stay Motivated: Get inspired with a random motivational quote on every new tab (e.g., 'Start small, finish big!'). Persistent Storage: All your tasks, categories, completion status, importance markers, and streak data are saved locally using Chrome’s storage API, so they persist across browser sessions.
