Mulberry | Shopping Protection

This is a SCAM. I don't understand what other people who wrote positive reviews have gotten out of this. Mulberry misrepresented the laptop warranty I bought, thinking it would cover the $2000 laptop in full. When it broke, they said it was only covered for $180. I wrote them asking for clarification. And like many MANY others looking for support, I got NO response. I never would have bought, and placed my trust in, a plan that only covered 10% of the cost of my laptop.

Just wondering if anyone has filed a claim. I purchased the Mulberry protection for $9.99/month and it lets you add on your purchases as you buy them, even allowing for purchases I made a few months ago. When I went to install the extension, chrome popped up with "this extension can read all your information and change all your data." So I forwent the extension and will just add them manually on the Mulberrry dashboard. Again, has anyone made a claim? Please post :-)

worst extension ever. slowed down my browser speed and it won't leave me alone when trying to buy something online - too many pop ups.

Easy and convenient extension

Easy extension to use and easy lookup on coverage options. I love not having to search for comparisions on insurance for my bigger purchases.

I have had items covered by this, but I have had it pop up as available, which helped me to make the decision to purchase an item, only for Mulberry to decide after my purchase that they changed their mind about covering it. That might be ok, if they could explain their rules so a customer can understand.
