Document Vault helps you get files ready for online forms without leaving your browser. Online forms are picky. A photo has to be a JPG under 50 KB. A signature has to be exactly 140 by 60 pixels. A PDF has to be smaller than 200 KB. Document Vault handles all of that on your own device, and keeps your finished files in your Google Drive so you can reuse them the next time you fill out a form. Each and Everything runs locally in your browser. Your images and PDFs are never uploaded to our servers, because there are no servers. The app talks only to Your Google Drive, and only to the files it creates for you. What you can do: Optimize images to an exact size - Hit a target size in KB, or a range, without guessing. - Set exact width and height in pixels, or resize by percentage. - Crop, rotate, and flip, with ready-made ratios like passport photo. - Convert between JPG, PNG, and WEBP. Clean up a signature - Take a photo of your signature on paper and turn it into a clean, form-ready image. - The background is whitened and the strokes stay crisp, even with uneven lighting. - Choose black or blue ink, and a white or transparent background. Work with PDFs - JPG to PDF: combine images into one PDF. - PDF to JPG: save each page as an image. - Merge: join several PDFs in any order. - Split: pull selected pages into a new PDF, or one file per page. - Compress: shrink a PDF, including down to a target size like 200 KB. Keep files in your own Google Drive - Save your documents once and reuse them across forms. - Only files created by this app are visible to it. The rest of your Drive is never touched. Pick files inside any website - When a site asks you to upload a file, choose one straight from your vault, or use the normal file dialog as usual. - Optimize Image on the spot: pick an image, set the size, dimensions, crop, and format right there in the upload popup, and it goes straight into the form. No need to open the workspace first. Document Vault is useful for anyone who fills out exam forms, job applications, government portals, or admissions, where photos, signatures, and documents have to meet strict size and format rules.
