One click reads every objection off the page and matches it against a shared resolution knowledge base built from real NYC filings — plain-English meaning plus the fix, in a panel over the page. Nothing to copy, nothing to paste. Objections it can't match are recorded, and the knowledge base grows from exactly those. BUILT FROM REAL DOB NOW FORMS The scope forms are filled from vocabularies captured off real DOB NOW filings — the extension only ticks checkboxes and picks options that actually exist on the form, and it fills conditional questions that appear only after a gating answer (it fills, waits for DOB NOW to render, then fills what appeared). Anything your scope text can't settle is flagged "NEEDS YOUR DECISION" in orange. IT REFUSES RATHER THAN GUESS • Checks your prep package against the filing on screen — block, lot and house number must match, or it stops and names both addresses • Exact matching on short codes, so R6 never becomes R6A and C4-2 never becomes C4-2A • Yes/No questions accept only real yes/no answers; blank, "N/A" and "Unknown" are reported back to you, not answered for you • Never invents a cost, an area or a unit on a sworn affidavit — a missing number is left blank and called out • Every checkbox and radio it clicks is read back, and reported as stuck if the page didn't take it • Never names an Applicant of Record it couldn't match exactly HONEST PROGRESS The per-job checklist counts what was actually written, not what was merely found. A tab reads "PW1 12/12" in green only when it is complete, and "Structural 6/8" in orange when it is not — so a tab where matching failed cannot quietly look finished. VERIFY, DON'T TRUST • Audit This Page — a read-only check of what's in DOB NOW against your prep package; flags mismatches in orange and changes nothing • A running count of the re-keying you've avoided STATEMENTS & SIGNATURES — OFF UNLESS YOU TURN IT ON Attestation pre-ticking is opt-in and off by default.
