It is not working when we type on google sheets or docs or any other place as those are the places where we usually work

It enters duplicate text expansions for the text you saved. Its a glitch in the program

for some reason it doesn't work on my computer

I use it every day on WikiTree. I have had no problems at all with it. It is a great timesaver.

Absolute garbage. When it actually works, it inserts the text in duplicate or triplicate nullifying the time saved by using it in the first place. No support on site. Hard to find instructions ot troubleshooting. I am just going to pay for the version that works because this is ridiculous.

I cannot get it to work on anything

Works good, easy to use and helps with my bad writing habits as a writer, for example, I say "kinda" instead of "kind of" a lot, this fixed my issue pretty well ^^
