Turn your Garmin Connect™ training into a brief any AI assistant understands, then ask it for a training review, race preparation or feedback on a single session. HOW IT WORKS 1. Paste your own Garmin Connect™ Personal API key once. It stays on your device. 2. Pick a preset (Coach review, Race prep or One activity), a period and a sport. 3. Click "Copy for AI" and paste the brief into ChatGPT, Claude or any other assistant. WHAT'S IN THE BRIEF • Instructions for the assistant (editable; a coach prompt by default) • "About this data": period, filters, units and Garmin's training-effect scale • A summary by sport, including the last 7 days against the 4-week average • Weekly totals and the activity list, with about 20 core fields or every field • Markdown, JSON or CSV The side panel shows the size and a token estimate, and warns you when a brief is probably too long to paste. DASHBOARD Key numbers, weekly volume, sport mix, a consistency heatmap, running trend, training effect, bests and a sortable, searchable activity table. Until you connect, it shows clearly labeled sample data, so you can try everything first. PRIVACY • Your key and access token are stored only in this browser and sent only to Garmin (personal.connectapi.garmin.com). • No server in between, no analytics, no background sync. Activities load only when you ask. • GPS coordinates and profile fields are left out of exports by default. • The extension loads no remote code. You need your own Personal API key from Garmin Connect™. Garmin's terms say the key is personal: use it only for yourself and don't share it.
