Organize ChatGPT and Claude chats into folders, save prompts, and search them locally.

Chat Workspace is a side panel for Chrome. It helps you file ChatGPT and Claude chats into folders, save prompts you want to reuse, and search what you saved. Storage is on this device only. What you can do: - Open the side panel from the toolbar. There is no popup. - On an open ChatGPT or Claude chat, save the page URL and the page title, add an optional note, put it in a folder, and mark it as a favorite. - Create, rename, and delete folders. Deleting a folder removes the folder only. Saved chats stay, unassigned. - Save prompts with a title, the prompt text, and tags. Edit or delete them later. - Search saved chat titles, notes, and URLs, plus prompt titles, text, and tags. Search runs on this device. - Pick one free site in the panel. ChatGPT (chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com) is one site. Claude (claude.ai) is the other. - Export or import the library as a JSON file on this device (merge or replace), from the Data section of the panel. Plan settings are never exported, and an imported file never changes your plan. Free plan: - 3 folders - 25 saved prompts - 1 site Saved chats on the site you picked are not counted against a separate chat cap. Switching your free site does not delete chats you already saved. Saves on the other site are refused until that site is the one you picked. Pro unlocks unlimited folders and prompts on both sites for $9/mo or $69/yr. Buy it from the Pro section in the side panel, then paste your license key to activate. What this extension does not do: - It does not read or store full chat transcripts or message bodies. - It does not insert prompts into the ChatGPT or Claude composer. - It does not work on Gemini or any other site. - It does not sync across devices, and it has no account. - It does not use a language-model API, analytics, or ads. - It is not made by OpenAI or Anthropic, and it is not an official ChatGPT or Claude feature. Chrome 116 or newer. Uninstalling the extension, or clearing its site data, removes the local index.
