Site Blocker HodoHodo – Daily Time Limit

Overview
A website blocker for video and social media. Block the sites you choose by schedule or with a daily time limit. Free to use.
Use video and social media less. HodoHodo blocks the sites you choose, by hours of the day or by a daily limit such as 30 minutes. Shortly before a site closes, trees and branches grow on the page and birds gather to let you know. Your usage records and settings stay in your browser on this computer. They are never sent out. Who it's for - A quick break that somehow turns into 30 minutes - One more video before bed, again and again - You want social media closed only while you work or study - You'd rather cut back gently than ban things outright What it does - Set a daily limit and blocked hours (for example, weekdays 9:00 to 17:00) for each one you add - Add what you're viewing with the toolbar button - The toolbar popup shows what's left for today - One minute before the cutoff, you get a heads-up (or choose 3 or 5 minutes, or none). It doesn't read the page or change its text or colors. You can't click on the pictures it shows (trees, branches, ice and so on), but the rest of the page works as usual - Before the cutoff, press "Extend 5 min" in the popup, up to 3 times a day across all sites - On a blocked page, birds are waiting for you, with an old proverb or a few kind words - To loosen settings while something is blocked, you wait 60 seconds. Meanwhile the bird asks, "Are you sure you want to loosen it?" It never scolds you - Pick from 9 kinds of birds. Choose several and they show up together - Prefer no pictures? Turn on Simple mode and notices appear as text - See today's use and a 7-day chart Where the name comes from HodoHodo is named after the walk of the American woodcock, a bird from North America. It walks slowly, rocking its body back and forth. Never in a hurry, just enough. In Japanese, "hodohodo" means "in moderation." What it doesn't do - Send your usage records or settings anywhere. The only outside connection is when you activate, check, or remove a paid license key - Stop anything you didn't add. It works only in the browser where it's installed, and doesn't affect phone apps - Guarantee that you'll cut back. You can turn the extension off or remove it whenever you like How time is counted It counts while a tab of a site you added is showing on screen, even if you aren't touching anything. Window size doesn't matter, and neither does another app being in front. In a minimized window or a background tab, it counts only while sound is playing. Opening the same site in two tabs doesn't count double. Nothing is counted while the screen is locked or the computer is asleep. Free and paid Free: up to 5 sites, with every feature above (1 time range each) Paid: up to 100 sites, with up to 3 time ranges each Try the paid features for 7 days from Settings. No card needed. It goes back to free after 7 days. The trial can be used once. Pricing - Yearly: $14.99, renews automatically every year until you cancel - One-time: $29.99 Prices include tax. If you choose another currency at checkout, the amount shown there applies. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record.
