Overview

Work your CRM from any tab: contacts, inbox, deals and calendar. Record your screen or turn a task into a step-by-step guide.

CRM Wizard puts your sub-account in a side panel, on whatever page you're already on. Find a contact, read their notes and add one, move an opportunity to another stage, check what's left of your day, or reply to a conversation on the channel the thread already uses. It's the CRM work you would normally stop and open a whole tab for, done from the page you're on. What you can do, free. Overview: your next few appointments and whoever's most likely waiting on a reply, the moment you open the panel. Contacts: search, create and edit, with notes, tasks, opportunities, appointments, workflow enrollment and every custom field your account has defined, editable inline. Inbox: every conversation, reply on the channel the thread is already using. Pipelines: move a deal between stages in two taps, or start a new one. Calendar: what's coming up, and a free-slot picker to book straight into it. Media library: browse, preview, rename and delete what's saved there, and sort it into folders. Open a contact, a conversation, an opportunity or your calendar straight in your CRM in one click, on your own domain whether it's white-labelled or not. What's on Pro. A floating wizard button you turn on for the sites you want it on. From it you can screenshot the visible screen, just the part you drag over, or the whole page scrolled and stitched into one image, record your screen, capture a step-by-step guide, or collect every image on the page. Right-click a page to look up a contact, save an image or a screenshot, or collect its images. Your own workflows can send a browser notification to a paired browser, so whoever needs to see something finds out without watching the CRM, and clicking it can open the exact page in your CRM instead of just the panel. Recording. Pick your microphone and webcam in a small recorder window, see that the mic is hearing you and the camera is on, and a three-second countdown starts it. While you record, one small box holds every control: pause, mute, restart and stop, a pen to draw on the page, a spotlight on your pointer and a ripple wherever you click. The box can stay on top of every window, the recording keeps going when the page you're recording changes, and a finished recording can save itself to the folder you choose. Guides. Click through a task once and every click, every field you fill in, every dropdown choice and every page you move to becomes a step with its own screenshot. Email addresses, phone numbers and card numbers on screen are blurred automatically, and you can hide any other part of the page yourself. Edit before you share. A finished recording opens in an editor that fits a laptop screen. Drag the edges of a part to trim it, speed up a slow stretch, remove every long silence in one go, and undo anything. Zoom in on the spot you clicked, automatically from the clicks you made or by hand. Add text, arrows and boxes, blur anything private for as long as it's on screen, switch your webcam between a bubble, full screen and hidden, and add intro and end cards in your own colour, background music that drops when you speak, and your own thumbnail. Transcribe it and cut a line by deleting its words, take out every um and uh at once, or burn the captions in. Join several recordings into one. Save it to your media library as an MP4, replacing the earlier copy so the links you already sent open the new one, or download it at full quality. Guides live in a library in your browser. Reorder the steps, add headings and notes, crop, annotate or blur any screenshot, and go back to an earlier version whenever you like. Save a guide to your media library as a PDF or an animated GIF, download it as HTML, Markdown or Word, or share it as a file a colleague can open in their own CRM Wizard. Send it to the person who needs it. A saved video or guide goes straight to a contact from the panel, by email or by text, through your CRM's own conversation so the thread stays where the rest of your history is. The email shows the video as a preview image with a play button rather than a bare link, the opening line is yours to edit, and you can note it on the contact's record at the same time. Or share it: copy a link anyone can open, and see every link you've made and how each one is doing. Know whether they watched. Every video you send plays on its own page, under your own button, such as Book a call, and chapters people can jump between, on your own domain if you like. Nobody needs an account or an app to open it. Viewers can leave a comment at the second they have a question, or react with an emoji. You see how many people opened it, how many watched it through and which parts they actually watched, and your browser tells you when a contact starts a video you sent and when they reach the end. One person is one viewer, however many times they come back. Your own workflows can act when a video is opened, watched, watched to the end or commented on, which is the difference between sending a video and knowing it landed. Work from your Gmail tab. Open the panel while you're reading an email and it tells you who the sender is in your CRM: their record one tap away, or a button that adds them with their name and address already filled in. Log that email, or the whole thread, onto their notes with a link back to it. Tag them, add them to a workflow, open an opportunity or book them in, without leaving the email. Reply with a video from your media library, or record a new one for that reply, and it lands in your draft with a preview and a play button, tracked for that contact. The card also lists the videos you've already sent them and where each one stands. Folders and sharing. Create folders in your media library, nest them, save into them and move files between them, all from the panel. Share a file or a whole folder with a link anyone can open, or send it to a contact, and the first time they open it, it's noted on their record. Images from any page. Collect every image on the page you're on, from the floating button, the Home screen or a right-click. Move to another page and collect again, and they all wait in one tray. Each image comes at the largest size the page offers, with icons and tracking pixels set aside, so you tick the ones you want and save them all to your media library at once, into a new folder named after the site or your usual one. Transcripts. Turn any video in your media library into words you can read, copy and search, with timings against the player. A video you send can be watched with captions, and the transcript can title and summarise itself, so the note left on a contact's record after you send them a video says what you actually told them. Guide Me. A saved guide can play back on the real page instead of being read next to it. The card names the step you are on, points at the thing to click, and follows you from page to page as you work. It is the same guide you captured, used as training rather than a document. How it reads pages. Only when you ask: from the floating button, which you turn on for the sites you choose, from the panel, or from a right-click. Nothing runs in the background and nothing is read as you browse. A screenshot, recording, guide or image collection only ever starts on a click, and an email is read only when you open the panel on it. Recordings and guides stay in your browser until you save them, and videos are edited on your own computer, so nothing is uploaded until you choose to save it. Images you collect are downloaded by your own browser, never by us. What you need. CRM Wizard installed on your sub-account, which you can add from appskitt.com/apps/crm-wizard, and an ext. key from the Ext. keys tab inside it. The extension's first screen walks you through both. Paste the key once per browser and it stays paired.
