FormPlane is a browser assistant for repetitive, multi-step web forms. It reads the visible controls on the current page, plans the next action, and completes the workflow through Chrome’s side panel. You can connect your own model service or local model for unlimited use. Planner and Navigator choices are configured in the extension settings, and connection details remain stored locally in Chrome. FormPlane works with text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, sliders, grids, conditional fields, and multi-page forms. It keeps track of the current page and stops when it encounters a CAPTCHA, login wall, or other checkpoint that requires your attention. Hosted inference is optional. An active FormPlane plan lets you run forms without configuring a provider connection. Hosted runs are metered by the FormPlane service and include a monthly completion allowance. Local and BYOK modes remain available without a subscription. Plans: - Free — $0 forever with unlimited local or BYOK use. - Pro Monthly — $20/month with 25 hosted form completions per calendar month. - Pro Annual — $200/year with 25 hosted form completions per calendar month. - Launch Lifetime — $149 one time for the first 300 buyers, with 25 hosted form completions per month. A hosted completion is one full agent run on one form. Multiple pages within that run count once. When the hosted allowance is reached, local and BYOK modes remain available. Privacy: - Provider credentials are stored locally in Chrome. - Local and BYOK requests go to the connection you configure. - Hosted inference sends only the page state needed for the active run to the FormPlane service. - FormPlane does not sell page content, credentials, or task history. - You control which tabs and forms the assistant can use.
