News From The Galaxy turns news articles into dispatches from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
Click the icon on any article and the extension reads the page, detects the absurdity already present, and files it properly as a brief Guide entry: dry, procedural, and mildly unsurprised. Most news is already stranger than fiction. It has simply been misfiled. Paywalled articles may be declined for being suspiciously incomplete. Satire is recognized as already filed and returned without comment. Some subjects are not suitable for reinterpretation, and the Guide declines those quietly. Inspired by Douglas Adams.
